Can I cashout via PayPal???

I am a new member and I ordered Premium Membership and 35 ref, but I want to know if I will be able to cashout via PayPal in the future..

we prefer alertpay rather than paypal and encourge you to use alertpay.

I could pay just through alertpay.. I didnt have the PayPal option.. I saw somewhare that premium members can cash out through paypal.. I would like to use paypal for buying staf and cash out, if its possible of course..
